In just 5 short weeks, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment in elemental versions of all poses.
Upon completion you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into a basic or open level yoga classes.

About the Teacher: Eduardo A. Martinez-Diaz is a certified teacher, 500 hr-YA Registered Teacher and Yoga Health Coach. Eduardo draws from this philosophy, his engineering background and sense of humor to craft classes that are precise in instruction and colorful in narrative. He is experienced at working with beginners and people of various physical conditions.
